LUNAmoon Light Acrygels
LUNAmoon Light Acrygels in 13 ml bottles with a brush – liquid acrygel, often called polygel in a bottle, for strengthening natural nails, leveling and corner extensions. Acid-free and flexible, in clear, milky, nude, pastel, neon and glitter shades, plus warm Elegant Light Acrygel tones. TPO-free and CPNP-notified.
LUNAmoon Light Acrygel – Liquid Polygel in a Bottle
LUNAmoon Light Acrygel combines the strength of a polygel with the easy application of a gel. It contains 60–80% acrylic copolymer, the main component of polygels, together with base components. Instead of a thick paste shaped with a spatula, it is a liquid gel you apply straight from the bottle with a brush. That makes it one of the fastest ways to add strength to natural nails in the LUNA range. Every Light Acrygel is TPO-free, CPNP-notified and covered by a Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR).
Who Light Acrygel Is For
Light Acrygel is made for clients with thin, soft or bendy natural nails who want strength without full extensions. It also suits technicians who want to level the nail plate and fix or extend broken corners in one step. The acid-free formula stays flexible, so the coating doesn't crack on impact. If you prefer a more fluid texture, warm the bottle slightly before use.
Shades for Camouflage and Design
- Camouflage shades – clear, milky, soft pink and nude tones that even out the nail plate. Their medium pigmentation covers the free edge.
- Pastel and neon shades – color and strength in one layer for simple, fast manicures.
- Glitter shades – sparkle built into the strengthening layer for effect designs.
- Elegant Light Acrygel – the same formula in warm nude and peach tones for a natural, refined look.
Light Acrygel in Your Salon System
Light Acrygel goes over a thin rubber base underlayer, such as LUNA Rubber Base, Fix Base or any professional base from our base coats. It then takes over the role of the leveling base, and you continue with gel polish, for example LUNAmoon gel polishes, and a no-wipe top coat. If you work with classic polygels or other brands, you'll find them among our polygels and acrygels.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between Light Acrygel and polygel?
Both are based on acrylic copolymer. A classic polygel is a thick paste you shape with a spatula and brush. Light Acrygel is liquid, so you apply it from the bottle like a gel, which is faster for strengthening and leveling.
Light Acrygel or builder gel – which one should I choose?
Choose Light Acrygel for strengthening natural nails, leveling and corner extensions. For full-length extensions on forms, choose a builder gel from the LUNAmoon builder gels collection or LUNA Jelly Gelly from our jelly gels.
Can Light Acrygel replace a base?
It replaces the leveling base layer, because it combines polygel and base properties. A thin rubber base underlayer is still applied first for reliable adhesion.
Is Light Acrygel suitable for clients sensitive to acids?
Yes. All LUNAmoon Light Acrygels are acid-free.
What is the difference between Light Acrygel and Elegant Light Acrygel?
Both share the same formula. The Elegant line offers warm nude and peach shades for a natural, elegant finish.
