LUNA Liquid Gel Light Acrygel – Liquid acrygel for nail reinforcement and sculpting

An innovative product designed for strengthening, leveling, and extending nails. It is a hybrid of a base and polygel material, containing 60–80% acrylic copolymer (polygel component) and 20–30% HEMA (base component). This combination allows it to be used as a replacement for a traditional base.

Application Instructions

Nail Reinforcement
1.    Remove any previous product
2.    Gently buff the surface with a 100 grit buffer or 220 grit file
3.    Perform a manicure
4.    Thoroughly degrease the nail using LUNAmoon Nail Prep
5.    Apply primer optionally (only if using an acid-based product)
6.    Apply a thin layer of LUNAmoon Rubber Base with a flat brush, especially near the cuticle. Cure for 60 seconds
7.    Remove the tacky (dispersion) layer
8.    Apply Light Acrygel from the cuticle area, keeping a 0.5–1 mm distance. Cure for 60 seconds
9.    After curing, shape the free edge and file the nail to the desired form
10.    If the nail feels soft, file 1 mm from the underside to prevent lifting
11.    Remove the dispersion layer and apply colored gel polish
12.    Finish with top coat. Cure for 120 seconds. Do not cleanse after curing to maintain maximum shine

Classic Nail Extension
1.    Remove the old product, shorten the nail to ~1 mm, and shape it
2.    Gently buff the surface with a 100 grit buffer or 220 grit file
3.    Perform a manicure
4.    Degrease the nail using LUNAmoon Nail Prep
5.    Apply LUNAmoon primer
6.    Rub in a thin layer of Rubber Base using a flat brush. Cure for 60 seconds
7.    Remove the dispersion layer
8.    Apply a paper or top nail form
9.    Use clear gel to build the free edge. Cure for 30 seconds
10.    File the nail to the desired shape
11.    Remove dust and the dispersion layer
12.    Reapply Rubber Base in the filed areas. Cure for 30 seconds
13.    Apply Light Acrygel to level the surface. After 10–15 seconds, pinch to shape (for glitter materials wait 20 s)
14.    Complete curing – 120 seconds
15.    Remove the dispersion layer and apply colored gel polish
16.    Finish with top coat, cure for 120 seconds, and do not cleanse to preserve shine
