Kodi Professional – Bases, Tops, Acrylic and Nail Prep

Kodi Professional focuses on the products a manicure can't do without. Rubber bases and tops, prep liquids, acrylic and abrasives make it possible to put together a complete routine, from preparing the nail plate to the finished coating. All Kodi gels are TPO-free.

Rubber Bases and Top Coats

Rubber Base and Rubber Top belong to Kodi's rubber gel system. Rubber Base is clear and thick; it protects the natural nail under gel polish and extends wear. Rubber Top is flexible and resists chips and scratches. No Sticky Top Coat finishes without a sticky layer, and the Ultra Gloss version adds a mirror-like shine. Acrylic and Monomer

Kodi Perfect acrylic powders are very fine, which helps prevent air bubbles, and they are also suited to aquarium designs. The clear monomer is based on ethyl methacrylate without MMA and contains plasticizers for thinner, more flexible acrylic nails. See acrylic and monomers.

Prep and Finishing Liquids

Nail Fresher cleans, degreases and temporarily dehydrates the nail plate. The Dehydrator air-dries without a lamp. For adhesion, there is the acid-free Ultrabond and Primer Acid based on methacrylic acid. NO BACTERIA protects the nail plate before gel or acrylic is applied. Cleanser with oils removes the sticky layer, Tips Off removes gel polish and acrylic, and the cuticle remover with fruit acids works gently. Cuticle oils in several scents complete the care. Nail Art and Abrasives

For nail art there are gel paints, spider gel, 3D modeling gel, reflective glitter and a double-ended dotting tool. The abrasives include straight and crescent files from 100/150 to 240/240, mini buffs in packs of 50 and disposable manicure sets with a file, buff and orange stick. Is Kodi Rubber Base suitable for weak nails?

Yes. It is thick and protects the natural nail under gel polish. For major strengthening or added length, use builder gel or acrylic.

What is the difference between Kodi Ultrabond and Primer Acid?

Ultrabond is acid-free and gentle, suitable for most nails. Primer Acid contains methacrylic acid for extra adhesion on oily or problem nails. Apply it only to the nail plate.

Does Kodi monomer contain MMA?
