Return & Refund Policy

Our online store offers you 100% high-quality products, each certified for quality. However, in the rare case that you receive a defective or damaged item, you have the right to return it.

Upon your request, we will either replace the item or issue a refund.

Please note:

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned.
  • If the damage was caused by the customer, we cannot accept responsibility.

Before accepting the parcel:

  • Check if the packaging is intact.
  • If you see any visible signs of damage (such as moisture, dents, or other defects), report it immediately upon delivery.
  • We recommend inspecting the contents in front of the courier. We may ask you to provide photos or videos of the goods you wish to return.

Within 14 days we will check the returned goods and inform you by email. Money will be refunded within 14 working days. Once the returned item has been received and verified, the refund will be issued.


Refund Method

The refund method depends on how you paid:

  1. PayPal – The refund will be processed directly to your PayPal account.
  2. Card or Cash – Please provide your bank account details (IBAN + SWIFT code) in the return form so we can transfer the refund.
  3. Bank transfer – The refund will be issued to the same account that was used to make the original payment.
