How fast will I receive my order?
We ship directly from Bratislava, Slovakia, as quickly as possible. Delivery across Europe usually takes 2–6 working days. For some countries it may take longer.
Will I have to pay customs duties?
Not within the EU. We are based in Slovakia, an EU member state, so orders delivered within the European Union are not subject to customs clearance, import duties or customs fees. For deliveries outside the EU, for example to Switzerland, Norway or the United Kingdom, customs duties and local VAT may be charged on delivery.
Are your products suitable for home use?
Yes. Our gel polishes, bases and top coats work just as well for home manicures as in the salon. You only need a UV/LED lamp and the basic tools.
Are your gel polishes TPO-free?
Yes. All products in our shop are TPO-free and meet EU requirements.
Can I place a larger order for my salon?
Yes. We can cover the needs of your salon, from materials to equipment, in one order. Larger orders come with better conditions.
What payment methods are available?
We accept Visa and Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and bank transfer in EUR. Cash on delivery is available for Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
