Notice for customers outside the EU:
This notice applies only to deliveries outside the European Union. Orders to EU countries include VAT and are not subject to import duties.
For non-EU deliveries, local VAT and import duties may apply upon delivery depending on your country's regulations. These charges are not included in the product price and must be paid by the customer.

Delivery time is usually 2–6 working days from the moment the parcel is dispatched from our warehouse. Delivery time to Canary Islands is usually 15–20 working days. Orders placed before 10 a.m. on a working day are shipped on the same day. Orders placed on weekends or after 10 a.m. on a working day are dispatched on the next working day.

Packeta International delivers parcels to pick-up points or to the address specified by the customer when placing the order. The cost of delivery depends on the country and the total weight of the parcel. The exact cost of delivery is specified during checkout.

Because we deliver through third-party companies, it is possible that your order may not be delivered on time. If you have problems with delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Our online store offers you 100% quality products that have a quality certificate. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, you have the option to return it. We cannot accept opened or used products.

If the damage to the goods is caused by the actions of the buyer, our online store declines responsibility.

Before accepting the parcel, make sure it has not been damaged. If you notice any visible damage to the packaging (moisture, dents, tears), you must report this immediately upon receiving the parcel and check the contents in the presence of the courier. Otherwise, the order should be cancelled.

Please take photos or videos of the goods you want to return. Photos from all sides are required: barcode, expiration date, packaging. This helps speed up return processing.

If returning damaged goods, additional photos are required:

  • outer shipping box from all sides (including tape areas),
  • photo of the box contents.

If you received defective or damaged goods, we can exchange them. We cannot accept opened or used goods.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES FOR CONSUMERS

Before picking up the parcel, make sure it is not damaged.

Every consumer has the right to exchange or return goods under these conditions:

  • goods can be exchanged or returned within 14 days from delivery,
  • goods must be unused and undamaged,
  • goods must be returned intact and in original packaging,
  • buyer must present the original purchase document.

The right to return does not apply to:

  • seasonal goods and discounted items,
  • custom-made goods or goods manufactured to the customer's requirements,
  • goods in hygienic/protective packaging once opened,
  • food products, feed, paints, varnishes, coatings,
  • goods whose quality could be compromised by improper storage, transportation, or handling,
  • goods requiring allergy testing prior to use (irritation or allergies are not return grounds),
  • minimal shade differences due to display variations,
  • illustrative product images that may differ from actual packaging,
  • requests without sufficient evidence.

How to make a return?

You can return or exchange the goods by delivering them to the address ProfiVN shop, s.r.o., Špitálska 10, 811 08 Bratislava, Slovakia within 14 days of their delivery. The customer service manager will provide detailed instructions.

Our manager will suggest possible solutions and advise how to send the parcel in case of return or exchange.

When returning goods, pack them securely to prevent damage during transport.

To return goods, you must fill out the appropriate contract termination form.

Send photos and a description of the issue to our customer service: support@vnbeauty.store . Photos help speed up return approval. After agreeing on return details and completing the form, pack the goods securely. Attach a copy of the return form and send us the tracking number.

Return shipping costs due to customer ordering mistakes or cancellations are paid by the buyer.

Within 14 days we will check the returned goods and inform you by email. Money will be refunded within 14 working days.

Refund methods:

  1. For PayPal orders, refund is processed via PayPal.
  2. For cash/bank transfer orders, include your IBAN and SWIFT in the return form.

Keep the product packaging with barcode and proof of purchase.
