LUNA Fix Base, 13 ml
Description
LUNAmoon Fix Base is a transparent, universal and elastic base for leveling the nail plate and a foundation for all types of coatings. It is also suitable for extensions with gel tips. The updated formula is similar to Rubber Base, but with a thicker yet more fluid consistency for fast, stable leveling.

- Hypoallergenic with a neutral odor.
- Up to 3–4 weeks of wear without lifting.
- May cause a warm sensation on very thin or damaged nails.
- Recommended lamp power: 36–48 W.
- Volume: 13 ml.
How to apply:
- Remove the previous coating. Do not shorten the nail yet, or leave about 2 mm of extra length to file after leveling.
- Gently mattify the nail plate with a 220 grit file or a 100 grit buffer, without strong pressure.
- Perform a manicure. If you used a cuticle remover, wash your hands with soap and water.
- Degrease the nail in two steps (for example with LUNAmoon Nail Prep) and apply a dehydrator.
- Optionally apply an acid-free primer (for example LUNAmoon Ultrabond): wipe excess product off the brush, apply with an almost dry brush and let it absorb for 1 minute.
- Rub in a thin layer of Fix Base with a flat gel brush, working it into all nail folds. Cure for 60–120 seconds.
- Apply a second, self-leveling layer. Cure for 90–120 seconds.
- Refine the shape of the free edge if needed and remove the sticky layer.
- Apply gel polish or a camouflage base, finish with a top coat and cure for 120 seconds.
