These richly pigmented bases serve as an effective alternative to neon gel polish, helping professionals save time and simplify their workflow. Ideal for summer sets, they self-level beautifully, conceal imperfections, and provide excellent coverage in just one layer using a small bead.

Product Highlight:
Replaces the need for separate neon gel polish—one product, full impact.

How to Use:

1. Prepare the nail plate by lightly filing with a 240-grit buffer or file.

2. Degrease, then apply a dehydrator.

3. Use an acid-free primer or ultrabond sparingly with a semi-dry brush, avoiding the skin and focusing on the nail tip.

4. Apply a thin base layer (clear elastic base) and cure.

5. Follow with the TOUCH Neon Base for leveling (max 1 mm at apex).

6. File the edge to shape and thin if needed.

7. Cure under a 48W LED lamp for 60 seconds.
