Description
DARK Stamping Polish transfers easily with the right technique. It offers a wide palette, rich pigmentation and a fluid consistency that works with all types of stamps.
How to use:
- Perform a manicure, apply a base, gel or color coat and cure in a UV/LED lamp.
- If there is a sticky layer, remove it with a cleanser.
- Apply the polish to the stamping plate, remove the excess with a scraper and pick up the design with the stamp.
- Transfer the design from the stamp to the nail with a rolling or straight motion.
- Seal with a top coat. If the top coat smears the design, first apply a thin layer of clear base, then the top coat.
Tips for a perfect transfer:
- The polish must not be thickened – pick up enough polish on the brush to cover the whole design.
- Apply the polish to the plate in 1–2 strokes. The longer you apply it, the worse it transfers, because the polish dries in the air.
- Hold the scraper at about 45° and do not press, so you do not squeeze the polish out of the design.
- Work quickly with the scraper (2–4 strokes are enough) without sweeping across the whole plate.
- Then put the scraper down right away and pick up the stamp – there is no time to spare when working with stamping polish.
- Pick up the design with a soft rolling motion. Do not press the stamp hard into the plate – the harder you press, the more polish stays in the plate.
