DARK GEL POLISHES

DARK Gel Polishes are richly pigmented professional gel colors featuring a wide palette of carefully curated shades selected for every nail technician. Designed for smooth application, precise control, and long-lasting color intensity.

Application Method:

  1. Perform manicure, buff and thoroughly degrease the nail. Apply Dehydrator and Ultrabond.
  2. Apply a thin layer of transparent SCOTCH BASE (or another medium-acid base) to ensure proper adhesion. Apply only a thin layer.
  3. Apply a thin or leveling layer of DARK PRO BASE or a hard gel base and cure.
  4. Apply the color gel polish in 1–2 layers, curing each layer.
  5. Finish with top coat and cure for 90 seconds.
  6. Apply cuticle oil to moisturize the surrounding skin.

Main ingredients: Butyl Acetate, Ethyl Acetate, Acrylates Copolymer, Acetyl Tributyl Citrate.

DARK Gel Polish lasts 3 to 4 weeks on natural nails when applied correctly with proper preparation, base coat, and top coat. Actual wear time depends on nail preparation quality, choice of base, and daily routine. Frequent dishwashing without gloves, contact with acetone, or harsh cleaning agents can shorten durability. For maximum wear, apply a thin coat over the free edge and use cuticle oil daily.
What is the correct application process for DARK Gel Polish?

Apply in 6 steps: 1) Perform dry manicure, buff nail surface, degrease with cleaner, apply Ultrabond and Dehydrator. 2) Apply a thin layer of medium-acid base (e.g. SCOTCH BASE) for adhesion to natural nail. 3) Apply DARK PRO BASE or a hard material and cure in lamp. 4) Apply DARK Gel Polish in 1-2 thin layers, curing each layer for 60-65 seconds at 48W. 5) Apply top coat, cure for 90 seconds. 6) Finish with cuticle oil.
What lamp do I need for curing DARK Gel Polish?

DARK Gel Polish cures in standard UV/LED hybrid lamps with a power of 36-48W, which are the most widely used in nail salons and home setups today. The recommended curing time is 60-90 seconds. A weaker lamp or insufficient curing time is one of the most common causes of manicure lifting. If you are unsure about lamp compatibility, follow your lamp manufacturer's guidelines and extend curing time if needed.
Is DARK Gel Polish certified for the EU market?

Yes. All DARK gel polishes hold European quality certificates and are registered in the EU CPNP (Cosmetic Product Notification Portal) system in compliance with Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 on cosmetic products.
