PACKETA INTERNATIONAL
Packeta International delivers parcels to pick-up points or to the address specified by the customer when placing the order. The cost of delivery depends on the country and the total weight of the parcel. The exact cost of delivery is specified during checkout.
Parcels are delivered to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Hungary, Germany, Greece, Denmark, Spain, Italy, Ireland, Israel, Lithuania, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, France, Finland, Croatia, Czech Republic, Sweden, Estonia.
Delivery time is 1-7 working days from the moment the parcel is dispatched from our warehouse. Orders placed before 10 a.m. on a working day are shipped on the same day. Orders placed on weekends or after 10 a.m. on a working day are dispatched on the next working day.
Because we deliver through third party companies, it is possible that your order may not be delivered on time. If you have problems with delivery , please contact us as soon as possible.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Our online store offers you 100% quality products, that have a quality certificate. However, there may be situations where the product does not meet customers expectations, or if you have received a defective/damaged item, you have the option to return it. However, we cannot accept opened and used products.
If the damage to the goods is caused by the actions of the buyer, our online store declines responsibility!
Before accepting the parcel, make sure it has not been damaged. If you notice any obvious violations or damage to the packaging (moisture, dents, or other visible defects), it is necessary to dispute this immediately after receiving the parcel. Check the contents on the spot in the presence of the courier. Otherwise, the order should be canceled.
We ask you to take photos or videos of the received goods that you want to return. Photos from all sides are required: barcode, expiration date, packaging of the goods. This will help expedite the processing of your request.
In addition, when returning damaged goods from your order, please note that additional photos are required:
- external box from all sides (including tape areas)
- photo of the box contents
If you received defective or damaged goods, we have the option to exchange it. However, we cannot accept opened or used goods.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Before picking up the parcel, make sure it is not damaged.
Every consumer has the right to exchange or return the goods under the following conditions:
- the goods can be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the date of delivery;
- the goods must be unused and undamaged
- the goods must be returned intact and in the original packaging,
- the buyer must present the original purchase document.
The right to exchange or return goods does not apply to:
- seasonal goods and/or discounted items;
- goods of special design and goods manufactured or modified according to customer's size or individual requirements;
- goods in protective packaging that are not subject to return for sanitary or hygienic reasons;
- food products, feed, paints, varnishes, and coatings;
- goods, the quality, characteristics, reliability of which may be compromised by improper storage, transportation, or handling by the buyer, goods subject to rapid spoilage, spoilage, or damage, as well as goods subject to strict storage conditions and rules.
- when the product causes irritation and allergic reactions, as a test for allergies is required before using the product.
- minimal differences in the shade of products may be due to individual characteristics and cannot be considered as a complaint.
- product images on the website are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a mandatory representation of product properties (product packaging may vary).
- without any evidence, we cannot accept your request for a refund.
How to make a return?
You can return or exchange the goods only after agreeing on the details with our customer service managers.
Our manager will suggest possible solutions, and in the case of an exchange or return of the goods, will advise how to send the parcel to us.
When you receive the goods, pack them securely to avoid damage during transportation!
You have the opportunity to return the goods in the following ways:

To return the goods, you need to fill out the appropriate contract termination form.
Send photos and a description of the problem to our customer service center at vnbeauty.store23@gmail.com. Photos of the goods will help speed up the return and refunds. After you have agreed on the details of the return with our support service and filled out the necessary form, pack the goods securely. Do not forget to attach a copy of the return form, even if you send the parcel separately, please also send us the tracking number that you will receive by mail.
Expenses for returning the goods in the event of incorrectly ordered/canceled goods are always borne by the buyer.
Within 14 days, we will check the returned items and make a decision regarding the refund. We will inform you of the details of the return by email.
The money will be transferred to your account within 14 working days.
The method of refund depends on the payment method:
- For orders paid through the PayPal online payment platform, the refund will be processed through the same website directly to your bank account.
- For orders paid in cash or by bank transfer, in the contract termination form, please provide the account number (IBAN, SWIFT code) to which we will transfer the corresponding amount in the return section.
Please make sure to keep the packaging with the barcode of the goods, as well as the document confirming the purchase of the goods from our online store.
Approximately within 14 days (but not more than 30 days) after receiving the parcel, we examine the returned goods, make a decision regarding the refund, and transfer the funds to the specified account.
