A long-lasting gel manicure always needs three layers: a base that bonds to the natural nail, a gel polish that gives the color and a top coat that seals and protects it. This collection brings all of them together – base coats, cover and color bases, tint bases, color gel polishes, cat eye and top coats – so you can put the whole system together in one place. Cured in a UV/LED lamp, a well-built gel manicure lasts up to 3–4 weeks without chipping or losing its shine. For salons and nail technicians as well as home gel manicures. Base Coats and Cover Bases
The base decides how long the whole manicure lasts. It bonds to the natural nail, and a thicker base also levels and strengthens it.

Gel Polishes

Top Coats
The top coat seals the color, protects it from scratches and chips and decides the final finish.
- No-wipe glossy and matte tops – cure without a sticky layer, so the manicure is finished right after the lamp.
- Tops with and without UV filter – a UV filter protects white and light shades from yellowing; for very dark shades, choose a top without UV filter, which can otherwise give them a bluish tint.

Gel Polish vs. Regular Nail Polish
Regular nail polish air-dries and usually lasts a few days. Gel polish cures in a lamp into a flexible, durable layer that does not chip, keeps its shine and needs no drying time. It is not removed with ordinary nail polish remover but soaked off with a gel polish remover or filed off.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are your gel polishes, bases and tops TPO-free?
Yes. Since 1 September 2025, the photoinitiator TPO, previously used in some gel products, has been banned in the EU. All gel polishes, bases and top coats we sell are TPO-free.
What is the difference between a base coat and a cover base?
A base coat is clear and provides adhesion and flexibility under gel polish. A cover base is pigmented and denser: it levels the nail, hides imperfections and can be worn on its own under a top coat as a natural manicure.
How long does gel polish last?
Up to 3–4 weeks. Wear time depends mainly on nail prep, the right base, thin layers and a well-cured top coat.
Can I combine a gel polish, base and top from different brands?
Yes. Gel polishes, bases and tops from different brands usually work well together, as long as all layers are cured in a UV/LED lamp. When combining brands for the first time, try it on one nail first.
Can I do a gel manicure at home?
Yes. All you need is a UV/LED nail lamp, a base, gel polish, a top coat and a prep liquid to degrease the nail. For removal, use a gel polish remover.
